1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Further Faster ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the free version and users who have purchased Further Faster Pro.

2. Description of Service

Further Faster is a mobile fitness application that provides:

• GPS tracking for running, walking, cycling, hiking, and water sports
• Structured training plans for various fitness goals and distances
• Audio voice coaching during workouts
• Workout history tracking and personal records
• Optional Google account sync for cross-device access
• Further Faster Pro: an optional one-time in-app purchase unlocking additional training plans and features

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Further Faster. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Further Faster is designed for general fitness purposes only. The App, its training plans, audio coaching, and all related content are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program if you have cardiovascular disease, diabetes, respiratory conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, or any other health condition that may be affected by physical activity.
• Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, dizziness, severe pain, or any other unusual symptoms.
• Calorie estimates, pace targets, and training recommendations are general approximations and may not be appropriate for every individual.
• GPS accuracy depends on device hardware and environmental conditions. Do not rely solely on the App for navigation in remote or hazardous terrain.

You assume full responsibility for your participation in any physical activity while using the App.

5. User Accounts

You may use Further Faster without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at theammman@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. In-App Purchases — Further Faster Pro

Further Faster Pro is available as a one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase processed by Google Play.

• The Pro purchase unlocks additional training plans and the custom plan builder permanently on your Google Play account.
• Pro access is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on any device using the same account via the "Restore Purchase" option in Settings.
• All payments are processed by Google Play. We do not store or process payment information directly.
• Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to modify the features included in Further Faster Pro. We will not remove features that existed at the time of your purchase without providing reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code through the App
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content within Further Faster — including but not limited to the app design, training plans, audio coaching content, graphics, and text — is owned by or licensed to Further Faster and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes only.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FURTHER FASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
